Do you want more creativity in your life? Create your own personal Power Book - a journal filled with words, images and meaning that reflects who you are and your strengths and achievements. We'll use a mix of prompts and reflections, music as well as some creative/automatic writing to help you express your creativity. Art journalling is a creative and expressive way for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and inner world. About your magical host
I love creating magical experiences that really touch the heart. It is the meaningful touches/surprises and attention to detail that makes a truly lovely event. These retreats are the amalgamation of all my passions - theatre, magic, sensory activities, ritual, relaxation and wonder. I love working with the seasons to create nourishing soups and treats and creating a sensory experience you won't forget.

Marneta has over 40 years experience practicing and teaching meditation. She has also produced over 500 relaxation audios.
Relax Kids Founder
Marneta created Relax Kids - the UK's first and leading children's wellbeing brand (As seen on BBC Dragons' Den). She has also written 20 children's meditation books.

Workshop
Leader
Marneta has over 30 years experience running a variety of relaxation and creative workshops for adults. Each one is unique as she instinctively works with the mood and energy of each group.
Performer and Theatre Director
Marneta has been performing since she was 6. She has a BA in Performing Arts, Diplomas in Mime and writing for TV and Theatre as well as Create Arts Therapy training. She has 25 years experience directing theatre and is a stand up comedian.
